Die Betten könnten erneuert werden. Ein ordentlicher Föhn wäre schön. Und in der Dusche sollten die Fugen erneuert werden. Frühstücksbuffet, Kaffee- und Teestation, Fahrradgarage sowie Sauna- und Außenpoolnutzung sind super. Auch die Bereitstellung der Bademäntel für den Aufenthalt ist sehr praktisch

Schönes Hotel ca. 4,5km vom Ahlbecker Strand. 100m entfernt zu einem schönen Badesee mit Bootsverleih und kleinem Sandstrand. Pool am Hotel. Hatten Junior Suite mit Balkon zum Golfplatz. Sehr schön.

Sehr warme Räume. Im Frühstücksraum und auch in den Zimmern. Sonnenseite, keine Klimaanlage zum temperieren der Räume im gesamten Hotel. Teilweise sehr früh Lärm durch Rasenmäher der Golfanlage, da Balkontür wegen Wärme offen. Zusätzliche Gebühren für die Nutzung des Fitnessraums, nicht angemessene zusätzliche Kosten 10€/Tag für das parken (im Netz stand sogar noch 8€). 20 € für das bringen des Frühstücks auf das Zimmer auch nicht angemessen. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer trotz 4 Sterne. Auch für Hundebesitzer 20€ pro Tag, too much sorry. Positiv: Tolle Massage und Beauthyangebote, tolles Personal. Servicepersonal Frühstück und Hausceeping gut.

Ein tolles, gut ausgestattes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gutes und reichhaltiges Essen. 7€ für 0,4L Tonic Water für mein Empfinden zu teuer. 8€ für den Parkplatz top. Bei den Anwendungen wird nicht gefragt, ob man Einschränkungen hat. Ansonsten ist ein zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat einen schönen Wellnessbereich. Im Ort selbst kann man außer Golf spielen nichts machen, aber von dort erreicht man alles relativ schnell. Frühstück war sehr gut, Abendessen war in Ordnung. Der Fitnessbereich ist ein Witz (ca vier Geräte) und dafür 6€ am Tag. Grundsätzlich würden wir das Hotel aufgrund Preis/Leistung erneut buchen. Dem Personal fehlt es leider an Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit.
