Our apartment has been completely refurbished in 2023, featuring modern amenities and stylish décor to provide you with a comfortable and luxurious stay in Kos.

As you enter, you will find the living room, which is combined with the kitchen, creating a cozy and functional living area. The living room is furnished with a dining table with chairs. The open-plan design allows for a seamless flow between the living and dining areas, making it the perfect space to relax and unwind with friends and family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare your meals, including a stove, oven, fridge, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, squeezer, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Whether you're a culinary expert or just starting out, our kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The two bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with high-quality bedding and linens that will ensure a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable and cool environment during hot summer nights. The second bedroom has a fan that provides a gentle breeze, keeping you comfortable throughout your stay.

Fantastic and centrally located apartment
My group of three friends thought this small flat was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean, had many restaurants and shops within very short walking distance, and was located just a couple of blocks from the main harbor. The apartment seemed to have been very recently renovated, with new appliances and bathroom fixtures. It had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful and helpful. Thank you!!
