The pillow yellowish sign and smelly; toilet dirty, i wash it before i use; staff not friendly, totally no respond to my request; i been here 2 years ago and that time was ok, i will not back to here again. TOO DIRTY...

We knew this hotel would be basic - it was only intended to be an overnight stay by the airport - but we didn’t expect it to be actually bad. The bed and the towel both had brown stains on them, there were long hairs in the shower, and we were not given the room we requested (we asked for twin and were given double). The reception staff were quite unfriendly and overall the hotel felt very unwelcoming. A shame to leave such a negative review but this really was a bad experience.

The location is great, near city centre and easy access. But, the cleanliness of the room at first is not good. They did not change the bed sheet as the last customer stay. Hence, I need to request for changing the bed sheet (Housekeeping).
