Attached to shopping centre, Japanese pyjamas provided in room. Very convenient to walk to many restaurants and attractions such as Lawson, a large food court and Team Lab Planets.

Close to train station. Came home late and just walked thru the 6th floor and had dinner there at the food court. Close to the convenient store. Rooms are kept clean. Rooms are big enough. I would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is connected to the Ariake mall, the famous Ariake Garden as well as a short train or bus ride away from Team Lab Planets. Customer service was great, room comfort and cleanliness were also excellent.

This was an out of the way hotel that catered to large groups including school trips. It was noisy in the evening with the children running up and down the hallways. It was clean and comfortable. Mattress was very firm. Breakfast had many options and was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.
