The room was much smaller than I expected. The four twin beds were pressed against each other and the walls. So we had to climb across beds to get in them. That room definitely doesn't accommodate 4 people.

We loved that the Hotel was close to the train station; about a 5 minute walk. Family Mart located right next to the property. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 7 days and we loved it! 3 stops away from Tokyo station and The Shiomi station is 1 block away. Maruetsu Grocery is also near the station and we love going there every night and buying some sushi. A convenience store is also attached to the hotel. Most importantly, every day we had a clean room and new sheets and towels. Highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved the hotel for its cleanliness and peaceful surrounding neighborhood. The only complaint is it’s a bit long of a train ride to popular central areas in Tokyo. Nonetheless gender-separated public bath was really clean and a nice amenity to have.

Brilliant property only 4 stops from Tokyo station on the Keiyo line (we called it the Disney line as Disney and Disney Sea are a little further down). Wonderful quite area with everything you need. Rooms are very well appointed and were comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. There are vending machines and microwaves on each floor, which come in handy if you’ve had a big day and want to take dinner back to your room. The Maruetsu supermarket is a 3min walk and sells delicious ready made meals. A highlight of our stay was the Onsen. Again, it was clean and never too busy. Overall a great property that we would definitely return to again.

Very clean but not a lot surrounding the property
Lovely property, well maintained with great facilities. The room was a decent size and everything very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Loved the onsen available to guests and meals from the restaurant were good. There isn’t much surrounding the property other than some convenience stores, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants. It is however only a one min walk to the train station (JR line). From there it takes about 40 mins to get to the Shinjuku area and 30 mins to the Disney Resort using trains.
