This is a brand new property! We offer You a modern equipped 2 bedroom apartment, with wide amenities and an amazing view on the whole Kotor Bay! This apartment is a great place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The building has free on-site parking and a spectacular rooftop pool. Essentials are provided. This unit has 1 bathroom, kitchen and bedroom combined. There is an elevator that takes you to the apartment, it's located on the second floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool (shared area). The space's greatest draw would undoubtedly be the stunning view.
Our main aim is to create a comfortable, relaxing and "home away from home" experience for guests. My priority is to always be readily available and provide as much info and assistance as possible, all the things I value when traveling somewhere new myself. I hope to see you soon :)
To be fair, it is quite a challenge to find a secluded area in Kotor during the high season. This area is quiet and on the upper side of the road. It is away from the noise and rush, offering one of the most beautiful views in Kotor. We offer you on-site parking which is free. You're a 10min drive away from the Old Town and the main city highlights.

Achtung Betrug!
Auf dem Weg zu unserem bereits im Voraus bezahlen Appartement kontaktierten wir unseren Gastgeber. Er erklärte uns, daß er nichts von der Buchung gewusst habe und sich selbst auf Urlaub befinde. Er gab uns die Anweisung, die erste Nacht in einer anderen Unterkunft zu buchen, er würde die Kosten dafür übernehmen. Am nächsten Tag wollte der Gastgeber um 11 Uhr im Apartment sein. Wir warteten den ganzen Tag, er erschien jedoch nicht und reagierte auch nicht mehr auf Nachrichten oder Anrufe. Der Gastgeber wirbt auch mit einem Rooftop Pool, der aber laut Rücksprache mit dem im selben Gebäude ansässigen Hotel nur den Hotelgästen zur Verfügung. Wir haben bisher weder das Geld für die im Voraus bezahlen drei Tage im Apartment, noch für die Ersatzunterkunft erhalten. Eine Beschwerde bei Vrbo wurde erhoben.
