The hotel let our young family of 5 stay in the family room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a little tight on space however the bathroom was huge!

Comfortable one-night stay for 4 people in a Family Quadruple Room. Staff were helpful on check-in and offered to organise a minibus back to the airport the next day. Room was small as expected but clean and modern with great views, comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom - perfect for a one-night stay.

The Elemis shower products were welcomed but the other amenities that had been included in the room on our previous stays were unfortunately no longer offered, unless paid extra for. The room was clean and bright and the air con a welcome respite from the searing heat outside. The staff were helpful and polite. There is only a short walk to the nearest MTR (Olympic) and plenty of convenience stores close by.

well worth the money, good location
it was worth the extra money to get the premier suite; the view of the city skyline and neighboring apartment complexes is stunning. it was comfortable yet understandably compact. clean drinking water and there was a water bottle and purified water station 2 floors down. Taxis out front all the time and only 25 minutes to the airport. we loved it!

This was my first trip to Hong Kong, the Dorset hotel made it very enjoyable, walking distance from the MTR ( public transportation ), walking distance from the mall ! Right across the street from much shopping and restaurants ! I would stay there again !!

The hotel provided excellent service overall. The establishment was exceptionally clean and conveniently situated. I was pleased with the variety of dining options in the vicinity. Staff were great and very helpful. The family room we stayed in was super tight for 4 adults but we made it work. I guess in HK, this room is a luxury. Having onsite breakfast included was a definate plus. Great location and close to everything.

The staff was exceptionally amiable and accommodating. The property was meticulously clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. Special recognition must be given to Eddy, Cathy, and Yan at the reception desk, as well as Eric and the staff at the restaurant for their exceptional service. Laundry facilities are available on-site, and a shuttle service operates on an hourly basis. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be beneficial to provide complimentary coffee for guests.

A great location The room we got was just excellent! The unfortunate part it comes of the staff, not directly from the desk I am talking about the man that seems to run the maintenance of the building. Family and I were about to take the elevator from the laundry room (floor 2) to reception but the building hast around 25 floors and its been supported by 2 elevators only and our thought for efficiency was to take the stairs that announced the exit and this person came from the “service room” just to yell that that was not the way to go down, that we needed to wait for the elevator where I responded that it would be easier just to take the stairs and adding that in case of emergency that will be also the path but while I was speaking to him he was just walking away and his last words were “shut up” but in Cantonese thinking I would not understand. I was not there to engage the anger. I was there with the family to enjoy our time so no need to confront sadness
