Friendly and courteous staff, readily available to help. Love the hotel's environmental friendly concept by using glass bottles for water in room. The two single beds in room are push together due to small room size made it awkward to share room with a friend. Shower door leaked water out to bathroom floor, wetting half the bathroom. The next person need to wear shoes to use toilet. The family size room is spacious with door for the bunk beds room, but shower has no door so water splashed out to the toilet area too, wetting half the bathroom as well.

Airport Express A21 stops 2 blocks from hotel. On your way back to airport the bus stop 4 blocks from the hotel. It's extremely convenient to public transportation.

This is a really nice hotel with a lot of dining options in the food hall, there is a separate area on the lower floor for a very comprehensive breakfast Chinese and western options available all to a high standard, a nice social area in reception To hang out or meet clients, The rooms were just very slightly dated, but overall very clean and everything you need in the room, including an iron and ironing board, Safe and small fridge, A Special thank you to Claudia who is a credit to the hotel as she was very helpful and very informative of the local attractions, Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice Four star hotel, Staff super friendly lots of dining options, including a food hall within the hotel, Rooms are really clean, House staff are great , the rooms are relatively spacious considering we’re in Hong Kong, Night market round the corner, There is a pool on the roof albeit It’s very small, All in all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back and it’s only a few hundred metres from Jordan Metro so very convenient.

The Eaton was a really nice stay and turned out to be better than expected with the food hall in the basement and lots of entertainment in the bar. I didn’t know about that when booking so it was a pleasant surprise
