Our stay at USA Hostel Nov.2-12, 2017.
My husband and I both enjoyed our stay for 10 days in the hostel. The staff have been very accommodating and helpful. They take care of problems quickly and are all very courteous. Location is great, very easy access to all kinds of public transportation and restaurants. Will consider booking there again. Thank you staff for your good work. :)

worst hotel
inattentive staff, dirty room, poor facilities. They requested us to pay a 1000 HKD deposit but when we checked out they said that the office is still close and they cannot refund the deposit. Never ever go to this hotel.

Budget friendly hotel. Perfect location.
I wasn't really expecting that much based on the reviews that I've read about this hotel. But nonetheless i would recommend this hotel to my friends and given a chance if i go back to HK i'd stay in this hotel again. The room was not that spacious but enough for 2 persons to move around. We had 2 beds, 1 TV (which is almost installed on the ceiling) and a working air con. Nice and clean comfort room. Do not expect a grand room as this is a budget hostel. Good enough for a place to stay for a couple of days. What i love the most about this hostel is that it is located at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui and very near to the MTR. Tranpo is very easy and hassle free. Hostel is also walking distance to the ferry terminal going to Macau and HK island. Near 7/11, McDonalds, Starbucks avenue of the stars where you can witness the symphony of the lights. The girl in the reception area was not that friendly though. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay.

nice location
we arrived at the hotel around 4am and good thing that there was someone who still accommodated us by calling the number pinned at the door of the reception.room was okay for two,hot shower, ac are working fine.the street below looks unsafe due to foreign people still scattering around at the wee of hrs but nonetheless we went back home safe.I just don't like their check out time which is too early.other place allows you to check out 2pm.

Perfect comfy bed In a small and cosy room, a a base to sleep and then explore, shower and toilet and sink all clean and served purpose perfectly, not a complaint at all. Loved it.

Overall, satisfying for a budget
Nothing special for sure, the kind of hotel room you get for that price in HK, that is a super small room along Nathan Road... However it was not too noisy, the room was clean, WiFi working good and the location is excellent. I just disliked the waiting at the reception upon check-in and the towels (cleanliness questionable). Overall, still satisfying for a budget on a short stay.

The triple rooms are fine.
I stayed in a triple room. For 1 person, it had plenty of space, a nice view and a desk. Also, it was quiet. Thus, it was worth the extra money. For 3 people, the room would likely be crowded. The staff is nice. The only problem was with the 1980s style TV in the room.

room is very small, would cost and extra 100HK$ per night to have a bigger one, also, cost us an extra 100HK$ for the stay, which include a 8 pieces laundry, unlimited internet connection, ... it's quite well situated, even if the building itself, could be a bit frightening at first. metro is just at the corner.

Good value for money...
Room was very good value in great neighborhood. Room was also reasonably clean. Getting TO the room was as other reviewers have mentioned. I would stay there again for the value. I felt safe and room met my needs.

Room given was so old & dusty. The toilet was so tiny you're going to have a hard time taking a shower. There was even a tiny tick walking in my cellphone as i was about to sleep.

USA hostel big time worst place to stay
we stayed here for 3 nights and it was nightmare! why? the smell of the cigattes were over the place in the hallway and the worst part was inside our room. we always sprayed perfume so we can sleep. my husband even covered all the sides of the door so it wont come in, but still we can smell the cigarettes. the other thing was the receptionist, good they can speak english but not accomodating at all! they even gave us a room that they said upgraded but we were with other people and our toilet was outside, imagine a ll girls staring at your husband when going out of the room. how convenient! they claim to have internet but you can only use it on floor where the office was located. another convenient thing! then they charge you extra if you want to leave your luggage! very helpful!

Very Poor Hotel
This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Hotel staff is un cooperative. Room is very very small and there was no cattle or microwave available with the hotel.
