Wow, this property is stunning. I LOVED our room. The bed was super comfortable, so many amenities and the breakfast buffet has a ton of options. This hotel is right by the beach and super close to the night market as well as plenty of food and shopping options.

We were welcomed by a staff who was not very helpful to us ( she did not give us any info about the hotel, just put one pager in front us to read while talking on the phone). The service at the restaurant for our first night was quite bad. They were very late with taking the order. They couldn’t explain the menu. They brought dirty cutlery for our toddler which we asked for a replacement but they didn’t bring it. The food came quite late. The other tables seemed to have some problems too. The breakfast was ok but the issues with the dirty plates continued. The tables were not cleaned properly. We didn’t swim in the sea in front of the hotel, but preferred to go to Ao Nang beach with a shuttle offered by the hotel at 11:00, 13:00 and 16:00. The return to hotel is about 1 km walk. The sea in front of the hotel did not seem very clean to us since there is a canal flowing into the sea right next to the hotel and this canal was smelly every time we passed by. The pool view room was spacious, had anti-slip tiles which was very good for our toddler. We had some issues with the water pressure, the toilet flush, but it was ok. The kids room was big with many choices but the toys could use some upgrade. The Breeze Cafe offers good coffee.

Property is at a great spot, right next to the beach and night market. Rooms are pretty subpar for the cost they offer. Overall the room amenities look old. The restaurant on the premise isn’t all that great either.

The level of the hotel did not correspond to the rating. I talked about it with another hotel quests, and they said, that they had changed the rooms three times during their stay. Our room was worn and the sofa , for example, looked suspicious. The shower did not get hot/warm water at times, and the water pressure was really weak. Upon the check-in, nothing was said about hotel's services (e.g. where/when to get pool towels). At the breakfast there was always a traffic jam with the coffee machine, and the one of the machines was often stuck. The hotel customer manager was friendly and helped us on several occasions. Otherwise, the staff did not seem as friedly as, for example, in other two hotels on this vacation.

Okay but wouldn’t go back
Best for small children rather than teens. About 1/4 of the rooms are in an area that smells strongly of sewer, and everyone has to walk through that area to get between your room and the lobby/restaurant. Would be happy with it if it had been advertised as 3-star, but have stayed at 5-star and 4-star places (Thailand rated), and it did not measure up. Views of beach are all from across the road. Right across from nice beach though, and easy walking to night market, restaurants, and massage. Overall glad we stayed for 3 nights for our younger children, especially bc we got to go to Krabi Elephant Sanctuary (amazing!), but we would not go back. Families with little kids seemed happier with the situation, lots of shallow water and areas for them to play.

Really enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good but ordering room service was not that great as it’s difficult to keep food hot across such a large resort. Staff were really great and worked hard to meet guests needs. Tours from the resort were reasonably priced when compared to outside tour providers.

Stayed for 2 weeks and this hotel is exceptional! Brilliant staff, we had a sicky night with the kods and their help was amazing, brilliant service, especially Guy at the swim up bar, kids always asked if we were going to see Guy today! Cleaning team were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. We had a swim up room which made it extra special. Would definitely stay again if in Ao Nang without a doubt.
