Shop 800 m, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Güstrow" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Please note: car recommended. This wooden house overlooking the lake (Krakowersee) provides good opportunities for fishing. It is set back from the main road, on the ground of a sailing club. Private beach and jetty. Rowing boat available free of charge. Motorboat (no license) available on request and charges.
2-room house 36 m2, on the ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed (length 190 cm).
