Not what you expect 3* hotel
I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at what was supposed to be a five-star hotel, but felt more like a three-star experience. Upon arrival, the room’s cleanliness was immediately questionable. The bathroom, in particular, was in unacceptable condition with stained bath mats that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The luxurious experience that was advertised was nowhere to be found. The decor and amenities were very basic, far from what I expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber. I reported the poor cleaning service to the front desk, but my complaint was completely ignored; no one took any action to address the issue. Additionally, we waited for over an hour for the promised iron to be brought to our room, only to find out they had forgotten entirely. The rooms themselves were quite small and definitely not worth the steep price. For what they offered, it felt like a complete rip-off. For anyone considering staying here, save yourself the disappointment and money—go to the Marriott instead.

H15 Luxury Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in - in the world. I say this as someone who travels fairly extensively abroad and in the U.S. We returned here this year after a wonderful stay last year. The hotel itself is beautiful. A flawlessly restored, integrating original elements from the building’s structure (the ceiling beams!) with modern updates. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful hotel staff I’ve encountered in Poland. The buffet breakfast combines Polish classics with fare from around the world. I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful hotel this is.

Incredibly spacious, luxurious and comfortable room. The queen sized bed (felt like a superking) was wonderful and I woke up feeling very refreshed. The staff were very helpful and could not do more for me. The maid service was also first class and the room made up excellently every day - if required. Check in and out was very easy too. I feel that this is the best hotel in Krakow. Highly recommend.

Krakow June 2024
I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the hotel. The room was in the modern wing, and very comfortable, although I might have preferred the original side of the hotel. I ate in the Michelin recommended restaurant on the first night. The food was exceptional, although a little fussy in the Michelin manner, and the wine pairings were perfect. I used the pool and other facilities (sauna and steam room) and all were relaxing and enjoyable, with excellent facilities. I sadly didn’t get to enjoy the spa treatments, but they are on my list for the next time. Finally, I have to say that the Breakfast Buffet is the most extensive that I have ever seen in an hotel ( and I’ve stayed in many ), with so much variety and choices, including a wonderful hot menu. The staff throughout were super, particularly all the staff at breakfast!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beautiful old building which has been renovated to a very high standard. Stunning interiors and staff were excellent. Great location just off the main square near to lots of great restaurants yet very quiet. Worth paying for the amazing breakfast!

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Krakow, only few minutes walk down one street and you’re in the main square. Staff on reception were all really helpful and friendly as were those working in the restaurant at breakfast time. Very pleasant, mannerable and friendly. We stayed in a superior room on the second floor, spacious with all required amenities, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the busy Square. Staff at hotel were all so friendly and so accommodating. Breakfast was superb. Welcome drink of Processco was lovely. The hotel was fantastic. Our room was superb - clean, nicely decorated, full of special features including electric curtains, adjustable heated bathroom floor. Without exception the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was good. We didn't eat in either restaurant but the bar was a pleasant place to sit for a nightcap. The hotel is located perfectly for a short walk to the square and all local facilities. I would definitely go back and wholeheartedly recommend.
