Hotel and room was clean and tidy, although was a little bemused by the hotel name when upon arriving into our room there were no windows, but 2 sky lights with a superb view of the sky. Receptionist was polite and helpfull, but we did have a 10 minute wait for them to return after a long day trip, to get our key which you have to leave at reception when going out. Ongoing street works outside were a bit of a pain with unmade narrow paths to negotiate with a suitcase etc. Hotel is located close to the main square, taking around 15 minutes to walk to and only a 2 minute stroll to the river.

Great stay in Krakow
Amazing little hotel. I booked in the states before leaving and could not have been happier. Everything around the city was close within walking distance. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The room was great! Had everything we needed and all the utensils to cook. There is a small 24hr grocery right next to the hotel and a great place from breakfast not 200meters away. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, showers worked great. I could. Not have asked for a better stay!

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Krakow, lovely spacious rooms ,very clean with maid service daily .all the staff were extremely helpful If I was going to nit pick is there was construction work outside which started early in the mornings

Stayed for 2 nights, upon arrival we found the air conditioning in our room did not work. The hotel staff would not move us into a new room, and did not have any additional fans for us to use. Our hotel room was around upwards of 29.5 degrees Celsius (85ish Fahrenheit) for the whole trip. To top it all off, around midnight on our 2nd night of our stay the ONE fan they provided to us stopped working… so we then had nothing. Way too hot to sleep comfortably.

Convenient to sites we wanted to visit, walkable to main areas with option of public transportation in immediate area. We had trouble communicating via Expedia for a bit and the hotel actually called me to answer my questions. Anna was lovely and very considerate to reach out to confirm the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at the airport. We had several issues with broken items in the room and they were addressed in a timely manner. The staff was great and always willing to help in any way - I liked them very much! Most communication was easy, all staff spoke English - more complex questions were sometimes a challenge but we managed to sort things out.

First I want to say that there basically is no lobby, no restaurant, and if you happen to take the stairs up or down, it’s pretty dirty in the stairwells. Second, the AC.. not good. We were pretty hot. You can only turn it down so much. But the biggest issue is that I chose this property, as it fell in the middle of our European trip, so that we could have use of the washer and dryer. The description of the room makes it appear that there is a washer and dryer in every room. Not so. There are two washers on the fifth floor only. They do not have dryers at all. The washers are difficult to operate, if you don’t speak polish.. They also take over an hour to do one load and we waited hours to even have access to it… always a line. Nowhere to dry your clothes. We had them Hanging all over our room. It was crazy. No tissues in the room… This is not a 5-star property. I don’t like to give negative reviews, however, this is probably more of a 3 or 4. It’s inexpensive, so that is the saving grace. I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend.

Fantastic Hotel.
Fantastic hotel and great room, perfect for stay and great location as on 10 minute walk to main square. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Only small complaint is that WIFI wasn’t working in room, but for the amount of time we were in room it was a huge deal but would have been nice as WIFI worked for us at reception. Can’t wait to book again for another fantastic stay at BESTVIEWS.
