I stayed for 3 nights and found this place 'good'. There is direct link to airport via public transport only meters away. As my event was in the ICE Krakow Congress Centre, I could comfortably walk. The road crossing is convenient as there are pedestrian road crossing signals in place. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. Room was spacious with tea and coffee facility. There was no wardrobe but there was clothes hanging facility. Wifi was reasonable and room cleaning was satisfactory. I would consider to stay in this hotel in future as well.

Average accommodation, sub par rooms near old town
Very basic accommodation right across the bridge. Easy to get to old town centre in around 15 minutes by tram. Property is not the cleanest or the most well maintained or the most well equipped. Strange smell in the corridors. Service is also quite lackluster and left a lot to be desired in terms of hospitality.

This was an awful stay. The AC wasn’t working on the first night. We reported it the next morning and by that evening they had not fixed it the AC and had not moved us to a room with working AC. I requested a refund and still don’t have a response. We left and went to another hotel because it was so hot.

Very clean & tidy in a good location.
It was in a good location. The airport bus stop was across the road as was a good tram stop to the centre. It was also walkable (for me) from the train & bus station. The hotel was very clean. I liked the keycode to enter the room which worked 100% of the time. Excellent shower. Very close by was a mini supermarket. The wi-fi connection was very good except for a short period of time.

The hotel is located over the bridge from the Old Town - about 15 min walking. Breakfast was not included but you could buy it for about $12. I can not say - there is huge varieties of food there, but you will not be hungry. The room looks pretty spacious on the first site, but bathroom is really small and there was not enough towels. There is no safe in the room. About the bed: mattress was too firm for us and there were just two tiny pillows. Overall the property is really clean.

The hotel is beside the river and both the bus stop and tram stop, so this is convenient. Unfortunately there are not very many cafes or restaurants in this area and the hotel only serves breakfast, so this was not convenient. I did find one very good pizza restaurant near the hotel, that is about a 5 minute walk and there is also a French and an Italian restaurant also probably 5 - 10 minutes away, but I did not have time to try them. The hotel also does not provide slippers, so you will need to bring your own and the rooms are kind of small, there is however an electric tea/coffee pot with complimentary packets of coffee and tea and you can purchase basics in the lobby, there is also a Zabka shop across the street if you want to a better selection of products for purchase.
