The property is really nice to stay in, the staff are friendly and helpful. Really like the location as it is very close to nearby places of interest, everything is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table. The hotel is just a 10min walk to the beautiful Old Town & Market Square and 5min from Wawel Castle (look out for the fire-breathing dragon). There is an extensive tram network in Krakow, one line just 2mins from the hotel (unfortunately this line was undergoing maintenance during our stay). Overall, an EXCELLENT hotel

I had a 5 night stay here for work. It was very comfortable. Rooms aren’t huge, but are bigger than I’ve had in other parts of Europe. The WiFi was a little clunky at times but mostly worked. The gym was pretty well equipped and totally empty. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially the two folks working when I checked in). Was a little surprised that room service stopped early when I was trapped in my room in meetings one evening, but it’s a 5-10 minute walk to several decent options, and a 15 minute walk to the center of the old town, so easy to go find something.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel, which proved to be a perfect base for our stay at Krakow. Takes aboit 10 mins to walk to the main square and the castle Is in a nice quiet area. Hotel was clean lovely decor and nice breakfast Very comfortable stay with friendly and efficient staff. Will return to this hotel

Hotel wasn't easy to find, but got there eventually. Very clean and quiet area. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice. Room was big. Slight issue with hinge on wardrobe door, but nothing serious. Would recommend.

Comfortable stay. This hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to many local attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful - allowing us to store baggage hours before we checked in due to early flight arrival times.
