The hotel room was small. The area around the hotel did not have much to do. This is a very basic hotel when it comes to amenities- no shampoo or conditioner or lotion in room. Restaurant was good.

Our hotel room was clean,every thing you needed. Little bit noisy at night as humming noise from vent in room. Air con didn't really do a lot either. Pool and gym small but we had pool to ourselves,lovely view and very clean. Walk to old town about 15 mins over bridges. Krakow was absolutely lovely with so many places to eat and drink. Highly recommend a break here. . Wawel Castle is within walking distance but we got a taxi back as lots of walking around castle. Booked Auschwitz and Salt Mine trips through hotel. Highly recommend these trips too. Eating out was so cheap. Will definitely return to Krakow and recommend this hotel.

The room view is nice because it facing the river. Car parking in the hotel is quite dear. The swimming pool is very small. Breakfast is very nice
