The hotel was lovely but a little dated. Location is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. A little pricey but it was worth it.

Wonderful hotel in a great location!
Wonderful hotel with a very professional staff made our stay in Krakow even better. The location is great, close to old town yet far enough from crowds and noise. The breakfast is great with very good selection and a good way to start the day of activity.

Central and comfortable
This is a very comfortable hotel. My room was spacious and had ample closet space. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items. The hotel is centrally located.

Great location for the market square as it’s only a 5 min walk to it. We recieved a free room upgrade on arrival and check in was fast. Very helpful staff and room was always cleaned and free bottled water each day. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Krakow.

The hotel is in the perfect location. 5 min to old town. if you are planning to take day trips it is very easy for pick ups. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bar area is great, I would add some music for the ambiance, it could attract more people and bring more business. Night staff at the bar were wonderful, friendly. Feedback: we had fire alarm one night and had to evacuate at 12 am. I wish hotel offered complimentary breakfast or at least sent letter of apologizing for ( uncontrollable circumstances). The gossips were spreading that someone pulled alarm and was stealing …. Better explanation would decrease the anxiety of radison’s guests. Loved it, If you have any other question reach out to me.

Right on the edge of the Old Town and walking distance to the Castle. Good breakfast. Cocktails in the bar are not so great though. I asked for an Old Fashioned and they made it into a long drink which was not terrible but definitely not what was expected. Overall pretty good.

A Week in Krakow!
The hotel staff were excellent in meeting all our needs including providing assistance with arrangements for mobility, dining, extra towels. The 2 Victorias provided much appreciated assistance with transport to the airport at 3 am! Breakfasts were awesome. Hotel is perfectly located near parks, trolleys and within a short walking distance to the Old Town. Spa and sauna were excellent. Highly recommend.
