We only stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay my knees didn't thank me for the stairs but if/when we return to Krakow we will stay there again the king size bed was the most comfortable on this 25 day trip!

Staff very welcoming & helpful. Central location just off main square, comfortable room with everything we needed, only downside was street facing room in second floor and didn’t appreciate how noisy it would be. Lots of shouting in street late at night and construction work started before 7am each morning. Would have requested quiet room on booking had we known

The room itself was clean and comfortable. However we had to climb 56 steps to get in, there was now elevator. We were able to do it but if you have trouble carring your luggage up steps this is not the place for you. It was also noisy if the window was open because there was a bar that was open all night long across the street. It was close to all the attractions and there was helpful information in the lobby along with coffee anytime.

Great boutique hotel. Fantastic location, No hesitation recommending this accommodation. Please note the there is no lift / elevator here. Our room was in the third floor and was 84 steps up/down which wasn’t a problem for us, (second floor would be 56 steps up/down) but may be an issue with people with any mobility restrictions. Reception staff are willing to help with luggage should you need assistance.

The property is well located, a few steps from the old town portion of Krakow making it convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the room was very clean.

I give this hotel my highest rating. The location is unbeatable—easy walking distance from the train station—and right around the corner from the central square. The receptionist was charming and very helpful with tourist tips. We loved the plush, tasteful decor. I highly recommend this place!
