First let me say the staff was very sweet and polite. My grievances with this hotel have zero to do with the staff, they were wonderful. I've been traveling across country with my kids and we've stayed in a ton of hotel recently. The hotels I've stayed at, at this price point were large suites, in updated hotels with indoor pools and waterparks. This hotel has some nerve charging more than $80 a night at most. There's no elevators or bag trollies and the rooms are upstairs. The hotel is outdated and dirty. Weird timer light in the bathroom...which is so small you have to step all the way behind the door to close it. Hair dryer didn't work, TV didn't work, walls were thin enough to hear other guests, and the breakfast included was a joke. There was yogurt and packaged muffins, juice was empty, coffee wasn't labled and they didn't even have spoons for the yogurt. If we hadn't accidentally taken an hr detour we would never have stayed in this dump.

Check in took 20 minutes. No reason. I was the only one in line. Got to room and found old everything. Not comfortable beds. Decided to just drive home 3 hours and take the loss on the room. Even tho I paid Expedia to cover my room. For no reason. It’s definitely a place to stay. But I don’t think it’s worth more than $60

2 days with no hot water. Broken shower. Toilet almost fell over. No breakfast besides muffins, coffee, and a couple juices. The younger girl(blond) was very helpful when i asked her.

I did my reservations with expedia, On my way! To the hotel i got a snow avalanche so i got lata to the hotel, driving all night after i get there the lady in the front treated me very bad, telling me that my reservation was cancelled, that they call me the all night, my phone was dead and i only see 1 phone call

This was the worst hotel I have had in years. Toilet seat was taped together. Sink in the bedroom. Did not feel that clean. Advertise that breakfast provided. NO Breakfast.

Staff very polite and sociable, allowed early check in as we arrived before check in, which allowed us to prep for our hunting trip. Bed was a little too soft for my comfort, but adequate for a decent night sleep. Microwave, fridge and TV worked well, but A/C / Heater did not regulate the room temp well despite adjusting control. The room suited our needs for the hunting trip and again Staff was polite, helpful and sociable.
