Friendly Holiday Apartment "Alpenrose" near the Old Town with Balcony and Garden

Constance, the largest city on Lake Constance, attracts countless visitors every year: the romantic, winding old town, the magnificent cathedral, stately old buildings, beautifully situated seaside resorts and, last but not least, the proximity to the flower island of Mainau, to name but a few highlights. The ideal destination for those interested in culture, families, nature lovers and city travellers.
On the edge of the old town and only a few minutes' walk from the harbour, the 70 m2 holiday flat "Alpenrose" is located in the attic of a beautiful art nouveau villa.

The invitingly furnished holiday flat has a living room with two sofa beds for 2 persons each and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, a bedroom with a king-size bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 7 persons.

The facilities also include cable TV and - on request - Wi-Fi, a cot and, for longer stays, a washing machine.

A shared balcony is at your disposal, from where you have a view of the beautiful garden.
The fenced-in garden and outdoor area, beautifully overgrown with many flowers, is available to all guests of the house. Enjoy the sun's rays or the cool shade on a hot summer's day - in this garden every guest will find his favourite spot, a grill is also available.

You don't need your car for a successful holiday: a large supermarket is just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation (450 m), and many pubs, cafés and bars are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
For garden lovers there is a special highlight nearby: The Seeburgpark in Kreuzlingen is the largest publicly accessible park on Lake Constance and offers an animal park, a medicinal and spice garden, minigolf and is certainly one of the most beautiful lakeside parks in Europe.
The railway station is 850 m or 10 minutes on foot, and the ferry pier is only a short distance away.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist mega nett und gibt gute Tips in der aumgebung Es war alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr schön, dass Toilette und Dusche getrennt sind, dadurch kommt es morgens nicht zum Stau wenn man mit mehreren Personen anteeist.

Das geräumige Appartement ist sehr gepflegt. Die hellen Räume sind wohnlich eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin sich gern um ihre Gäste kümmert und alles tut, um ihnen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
