Getting the proper name for the hotel’s app would have been helpful. I had to send a message, but the answer was prompt.

I used 1,5 hrs to get into the hotel. Had to register a lot of personal info, get an app,could still not get in because it was no reception. The app key was broken. I got an emergency number and that person was really helpfull but I had to call him everytime I left the room even when I came home in the midlle of the night.

Stort og flott rom, svært god dobbeltseng. Ekte dobbeltseng, ikke kun to enkeltsenger som er dyttet sammen, meget bra. Dusjen og knallbra. Utsikten ikke noe å skryte av, men det var uansett ikke viktig for meg. Svært godt rom for en overkommelig pris

Flott rom som var rent og pent, grunnen til nedtrekk var ingen frokost og det at rom koden våres ikke virket, dette prøvde vi flere ganger å få rettet opp i uten hell, selv etterpå oppholdet har jeg sendt Mail uten å få svar. Da er et hotell med resepsjon mye bedre.

Dårlig kommunikasjon/kontakt med hotellet pga manglende/sen respons på mine forespørsler. Hyggelig å få rabattkupong hvis man ville spise frokost på Scandic Bystranda.

Very easy and nice way to see Kristiansand. You can walk to the center. Parking nearby no issue and very close to the Denmark ferries.

Also zunächst muss man festhalten, dass das Q42 weniger ein echtes Hotel ist, als vielmehr eine Art Airbnb. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Die notwendigen Informationen zur Nutzung der Türöffner App und derartiger Details war mangelhaft. Parkzone zum Ein- und ausladen - Fehlanzeige. Man steht mit seinem Auto direkt an der Bushaltestelle und muss schnell seine sieben Sachen ausladen. Parkhaus ist um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, die Wände aber sehr hellhörig. Es gibt leider keinen Frühstücksraum und auch kein echtes Frühstück, sondern nur ein paar Sachen aus dem Etagenkühlschrank. Also das geht gar nicht. Für meinen Geschmack stimmen Preis/Leistung auf keinen Fall.
