Short stay for wedding occasion.
Generally stay was pleasant. Check in could improve. When there are a few people queuing to check in only 1 counter staff was available while the other counter staff was busing doing her own thing. Has requested for a later checkout. Was told only up to 1 pm. If want 2pm will need to pay RM 30. Rather disappointing so I decided to check out much earlier before I went for my lunch appointment so didn't have to rush back just to check out. Such is life.

The hotel property is quite dated overall ( particularly the guest room ). Cleaniness inside the guest room is a really huge problem. There are hairs on the bed and pillows and hairs on the bathroom floor as well. There were still some unflushed stuff inside the toilet bowl after I checked in. The management really got lots of work to do to improve the overall cleaniness. The hotel is definitely not up to 4 or 5 stars standard at all.
