The location is strategic, food are delicious and staffs are friendly. The only minus point is the water temperature. It is so difficult to adjust the water temperature, need to take long time to get the hot water and the temperature won't maintain, sudden hot sudden cold, hope the hotel management can look into the water system upgrade.

The hotel is excellent and all the staff members including the reception and breakfast team, as well as the room services team, are very kind and hospitable. We were able to check in early and they arranged for us to check out late without any additional charge. The chef also prepared a complimentary breakfast for my family and one of the staff members, Khamaria, also gave us a special bakery dessert on our last day. The manager, Ezreen, was very lovely and welcoming from the very first day of when we arrived at the hotel. We will definitely recommend Four Points Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre to all of our family and friends and we will always come back to this hotel. The hotel is also located near all the main tourist attractions which makes it perfect.

Good hotel in a good location
The hotel is in a great location in KLCC around 10 mins away from the twin towers on foot and connected to the convention center. It's renovated and has good value for money. The staff was helpful and accomodating. One thing to point out is about housekeeping. It seems that housekeeping quality depends on the team. The first day it looks like they got to our room at the end of their shift and were in a rush to finish, and some things were overlooked. The next day the room was perfectly in order and sparkling. But overall, the hotel is clean, nice, good value for money, and the staff is helpful.
