Hotel is in the middle of Bkt Bintang which is convenient but the room / hotel needs overhaul . We had to shift rooms 3 times coz of some probs. The wifi was not vv strong etiher
The worst 3stars hotel I ever stay in. And I'm a regular traveller. 1st room given- air-conditioning not working, change another room, air-conditioning a bit better but you can sleep without clothing and still no need to cover with the blanket.đ„đ„. Furthermore the toilet door is demage and cannot be closed!
Twas good overall
Will stay here when i come back to Kuala Lumpur

Not clean, smelly, does not qualify for any star
MIs Represents as 3 star but does not qualify for any star. Not clean, Smelly all over. No hangers to hang the cloths. No toiletries provided. It spoiled my vacation of wasting my 2 days in 4 days to look out for another hotel. The photos shown are also Mis-representing. However, after pointing out some of these issues which was accepted by their staff, agreed to stay for 1 day as courtesy ( also otherwise they may report 'No show) which was agreed & signed by the staff on the voucher.

Its quite dirty. They didnt change the bed cover and didnt even brush the toilet. But the location strategic and reasonable price. Need to improve on their cleanliness. Staff also not a friendly type. Need to improve on their cleanliness
First impression is lobby very small and narrow, hotel staff no uniform can't differenciated customer or hotel staff,
The corridor to room carpet is wet.
The room is small, luggage stool did't provide, luggage has to put on the floor so hardly to walk'
The cabinet is small and attach mirror hanger is spoil. no hair dryer.
Toilet w.c beside is is shower, after taking shower the w.c is all wet.
The shower holder is spoil and shower head water is dripping is not spray out the water.
The shower also to closer to door cause the water drip from door to room floor, so the timber floor is spoil and damage, the hotel management is just cover with floor mat, but when door open outward push the floor mat then the damage floor can see very obvious.
Booked this hotel for a 4-person family room since there were no other available hotels as we planned our KL trip last minute.
Nothing's good except it is located at Bukit Bintang. Room condition/hygiene is very poorly maintained. Very very very noisy at night (up to 1/2 am!) due to nearby Karaoke and car horns.
Will never ever stay in this hotel again!!
We had booked for 3 nights, and we moved twice. First night was from room 601 to 701 reason being aircon stuffy. 2nd night was from 701 to 401 reason being water leaking from ceiling. But bouquets to the indian guy who assisted us in the checkin. He was friendly n helpful. the Wifi was breaking off half way n reconnecting though there were many floors to gain wifi. The bathroom was more like a closet barely any space to move. Cockroaches were found in the room. Noise was expected as it was the bkt bintang area.
This hotel is a budget hotel as we expected. The room was very run down, fridge only worked when you were in the room. But the biggest problem and why we left after only staying 1 of our 5 nights was it was not clean. The beds had been slept in previous, the bathroom was full of mold. When reception come to change the sheets the first night, they only had I stained one and the other bed, they just brushed the nest of hair out and said the maid would change it at 9am. At 3pm when we left for another hotel no one had been. Of a night there are also men that appear to be off the street just sitting around in the lobby making the place smell.
We found the hotel consistent with the guinene poor reviews on the Web sites.
We paid twice as much as we should or as we booked early and would not recommend.
