The hotel is in a super convenient spot, especially if you're in Malaysia for events at KLCC. However, the place feels a bit dated. It was clean, but because the furniture is old, it gave off a slightly worn and dirty vibe. The breakfast was actually pretty good, with a decent variety of options. The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi—absolutely terrible! It didn’t work in my room at all. I told the staff, and they promised an IT specialist would check it out, but nothing changed. I’m guessing the whole hotel has internet issues. I ended up having to work from the lobby, but even there, the connection was really unstable. Since I was on a business trip, it was super frustrating.

Amazing location but not a 4 star hotel
The staff were helpful and the room was large although its condition wasn’t great and there was dust and rogue hairs in places. Bed was really comfortable and the hotel had great views. Location was fantastic and what the rooms lack in quality, it made up for in location (and cost). I had an issue with noise in my bathroom which was promptly checked out but not resolved as it happened again the next night; I think it was the pipes of my neighbours shower but it was very loud. Breakfast had a lot of range but the restaurant was quite stressful with the food quality not being so good or fresh. Laundry service was helpful although it was returned to me at 00:30 when I was trying to sleep… Strange

The size of the hotel itself. It's small but a great bundle. The staff are courteous, efficient and really helpful. The individual breakfasts cooked to order are excellent. I would definitely stay there again if the occasion arose. The location of the hotel gives a true ambience of being in Asia, a good feeling.

On a 4 days work trip. Upon arrival, you get warm greetings from the bellman and the reception! Very happy to be served by the front desk manager Karen, she is so polite and well mannered..... this gesture definitely makes the hectic work trip worthwhile. Doe there are some unpleasant and disappointing issues but every time Manager Karen / the front desk / the phone operator, get it settle in their fastest means and portray great patience and well mannered services. Because of such (the above), I will definitely be back despite that the room which needs some serious makeover. Well Done 十
