Perfect for Family with toddler. They provide baby cot (playpen) which is safe for kids. Have small pillow. The room is clean and cosy. The staff are very friendly. Location wise is also very convenient. I will definitely stay there again when I visit KL

The room facilities were in a state of disrepair. Both the safe and the coffee machine were malfunctioning, despite attempts by the staff to replace them. Regrettably, the replacements also failed after just one night. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches found in the bathroom! While the hotel boasts a prime location and hospitable staff, the room itself was inadequately maintained, making it the most disappointing stay I've experienced at a JW Marriott property.

Accessible to KL’s walking district (within walking distance). Furniture in the rooms are pretty old and worn out for a 5-star hotel. Staff are friendly but have difficulties coping with high volume of crowd at check-in. Had to wait more than an hour to check in into our rooms.

What made my stay here different was the service. Akira (or Akari, apologies) was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful woman at reception. I was a bit stressed as my luggage from Istanbul did not arrive. Dealing with a super warm reception person helped a great deal. After learning of my ordeal, she upgraded me to a very nice room! She didnt have to do that. After checking out, Asmawi at concierge also put in an extra effort to get me a Grab which was difficult during peak traffic. Several Grab drivers opted out but Asmawi persisted until I got my Grab for KLIA express. Will definitely stay here again.
