This hotel has a carpark that look like you’re in 1975. The turns are so tight it is evident through all the scratch marks on the wall. So if you’re driving an SUV , just be careful. Novotel is under Accor group and I think there are certain expectation about the hotel. But this hotel room does not have any door bell ? Lastly I think the concierge was great but I cannot say the same for the kitchen staff. It appears that because I’m a Chinese , when I request for custom omelette at the egg station, I was told to just take from those ready made. Then when I spotted a few malay asking for omelette , they were served according to what they wanted. This is the most disappointing hotel I ever stayed, we are living in 2024 and yet such petty racism service from this hotel still exist??

Good for business trip

Clean environment, comfortable, good location (5min walk to KL convention centre), perfect for business trip. Had all the room services i needed including iron and ironing board. Reception staff were well mannered and good customer service.

For my stay in Malaysia, I had to stay close to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center as I was initially in town a conference. I greatly enjoyed my stay with Novotel and have no outstanding complaints! Some of the top highlights for me were the central location, quality of the rooms and service, and cost for a four star stay! All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and I found the atmosphere to be calm and professional. I would recommend this stay for your trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The swimming pool needs to be improved on. Dining for breakfast menu could be further improved in terms of variety (same menu almost every day). Good service given and property is walkable to Pavillion.
