The check in process was over 2-hours long. The 1st room was incredibly filthy and the view was worse. We were staring at an office building which was so close I could read the workers computer screen through their tinted glass. The 2nd room was no better. Thankfully the front desk staff made the effort to move us to a higher floor with a better view (just for the sheer privacy), but the cleanliness was still lacking. In addition, the 3rd room had ants in both the kitchen and bathrooms. On a positive note, the beds and pillows were insanely comfortable.

Beautiful apartment style accommodations! Very spacious and clean! Had a full kitchen and washer/drier machine which we were in need after our jungle tour! Drier is kind of weak and you need to run it a few times! Great location: next to KL tower and close to many restaurants and live music places (Ceylon street).
