The checkin and out process was very fast! No time wasted. The elevator was fast. The room and bed were spacious and parking area were many and easy. The only downside is that the house keeping didnt clean the room properly.

Location is superb for the easy walkable access to SURIA KLCC. Place is nicely furnished. Would hv helped if the 2 bedroom comes with 2 toilets/bathroom. There was only one bathroon so the occupant in 2nd bedroom needs to knock on the door to enter the bathroom in the room no 1

A good all-round hotel with friendly staff and very nice large apartment-style rooms and within 10 mins walking distance of many of the attractions, restaurants and shops around KLCC.

Great location, clean and nice room, beautiful pool, heartbreaking view from my room window, friendly staff. Only problem is mosquitos in the room and I was their delicious dinner.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The rooms had everything you could possibly need. The view was also breathtaking, and they even arranged my room for me earlier than anticipated. Would definitely stay here again, everything in the room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was walkable to the popular areas. And taxis were easy to get from the hotel to take you to anywhere you needed. Highly recommended!

Great location close to , mall, hop on hop off bus. Hotel is clean and well staff. Bed was comfopetronas towersrtable, room spacious, and beautiful view. Nice pools and gym, and quiet location. I only wish check in wasnt so impersonal. The computer screens are so large you cant see the staff sitting behind them.
