Nice location and walkable to most attractions. The building and rooms were a bit older. If you like hotel conveniences, this is not the spot. You are renting an authentic apartment.

Had a great time! Located at a walking distance from all the main KLCC attractions and only a 10 minute walk to the Pavilion mall. Our point of contact, Kenny, was very welcoming and helped us navigate the city. Rooms were perfect - it was a pleasant experience coming back to such a nice place after exploring the city all day. 10/10 would stay again

Best area to stay, well kept property. Kenny the property manager is very accommodating, we checked in early and checked out late night because of our midnight departure, our 43rd floor room had an amazing view

We arrived at 11pm at night. The person who was supposed to meet us was not there. I had to go to the security guard to try to contact them. It was well after midnight before we were settled. WiFi not available at time of check-in. However, Chew apologised and upgraded us to better accommodation the next day, with WiFi availability. He was extremely helpful in getting me a physical map of the city centre and directing me to The Pavillion, also in helping me to arrange transportation via Grab. Thank you Chew 😊
