Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Always helpful. My room was spotless; comfortable bed and lots of pillows; breakfast varied and delicious and catered for all cultures. The Rooms have been renovated and are fabulous. Better than some dated 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur. The exterior is a nit rough but the rooms are awesome. Big and spotless with a free bar fridge with loads of water and drinks. Great location close to restaurants and pavilion mall.

This nice little hotel is a bit of a hidden gem. I have stayed here several times now, and find it quite convenient for my needs, and with food and shopping options being very walkable, I'm sure it would suit many. Buffet breakfasts are ok for a small hotel, not extensive, but a nice selection. (not always set up by 7 am on weekends though, so made timing for my commitments a little pressed.) I'm sure I'll be back to stay again.
