The room is clean. Location has it own upside and downside. It's nearby the Berjaya Megamall but its located somewhat remote as well. It's a residential area but there's less people, make it quite unsafe. But overall budget hotel, far away from traffic noise

Great value comfort stay!
It would be better for travellers who have their own vehicle. There's room of improvement for their wifi as its signal is weak and rather unstable.
