Great hotel right next to JR train station. Excellent service from staff. Over the top polite and courteous service to guests. Rooms were little larger than normal Japanese hotel rooms. Hotel lobby on ninth floor of building - hotel sent email prior to checkin with directions to hotel.

Big thanks to the crew at Blossom Kumamoto in assistance with our delayed arrival due to typhoon. Beautiful hotel right next to the train station, situated on top of shopping mall for easy shopping and dinning. Perfect for day trips from Kumamoto and just easy train ride away from city attractions.
