Welcome to Ocean Dunes 703—a beautifully updated oceanfront condo with stunning views and easy beach access. Recently refreshed with new paint, luxury plank vinyl flooring in a soft driftwood tone, and upgraded furnishings, this condo is designed for both comfort and style.

Step inside to an open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly. Large glass sliders lead out to the oceanfront deck, complete with a high-top table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks with a view.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV with cable and Roku, Wi-Fi, and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress for added comfort. The dining area seats four, with additional bar seating for two. The kitchen features granite countertops, tile backsplash, and is fully equipped—just bring your groceries and you’re set.

Everything I wanted for our family in a beach vacation! Perfect location! Easy beach access. Watched the sunrise from our deck! I rented a bicycle and there was a great little path. The ocean waves were the perfect soundtrack of the day.

Awesome property!!

The condo's location on Kure Beach was just incredible, and we loved staying there. Everything was very high end, and the sight and sound of the ocean was peaceful and tranquil. The hot tub at the rec center was OK, but the property itself was just awesome!!

Great views and Quiet atmosphere

Loved everything! We had great time but left a day earlier because of storm. The ocean seemed angry but it was awesome to see that and hear it. The pools were clean as well as all the property around us. Only drawback is that there is required paid parking almost everywhere you go and it’s not that cheap. But that is not the fault of this property owner or manager.

ok...beachfront was disappointing

the condo was clean and reasonably appointed. I have no complaints regarding the accommodations. The weather was bad the whole week. My biggest complaint was the beachfront itself which seems to be an issue on more than one place I have stayed on Kure Beach,i.e. I like to walk, but not on a slant. The only flat area to walk on is away from ocean in the deep sand-which is no fun.My partner likes this beach which is why I booked it, but I doubt if I will again. I prefer wider, flatter beach fronts and this place generally falls short of that criteria.

We had an extended weekend getaway for speeding break and this property was perfect for that. Great ocean front views from the living room and primary bedroom. Convenient drive to the property pool and to Carolina beach for dining. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time in Kure Beach. The ocean was enjoyed both inside and right outside of the rental. It was quiet in the evenings and there was plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the water each day.

We will be back

Can’t go wrong with any Ocean Dunes rental but this was was top notch! Updated and very very clean. We enjoyed the bedrooms on another level than the living area because of having a child go to bed early. Also this rental has a code door lock which is so convenient for check-ins and not worrying about losing keys! Only suggestion would be newer bed in master and better deck furniture. We would book again!
