Pet friendly with pool

This is a 4bedrooms and 4bathroom townhouse only a few steps to the beach. 4king beds, set of twin bunk beds, 2futons and two roll away beds. There are TV,s in all of the bedroom and a 65 inch TV in the living room with two reclining couches. In the garage there are enough beach chairs for 20 people. Also a number of beach mats and toys. 3burner gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with glasses, plates, cups, pots and pans to cook anything.

For your safety, fire extinguisher on every floor as well as smoke detectors thru out of the home. The Townhouse is also hard wired with alarms right to the fire department, that is less then a mile away. Also there is a first aid kit in the kitchen on top of the refrigerator.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron. And laundry soap.

Kure Beach is very family friendly and this home is smoke free.

Exceptional Week
The property was well suited for a large family across generations, withl literally everything we needed and more. Highly recommend, as the location was great, and the versatility of the space with four bedrooms, each with a full bath plus additional sleeping options was amazing. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, eating in, and eating out in a relaxed atmosphere. And Fred was an attentive and kind host!

The pictures online do not show how wonderful this place is. It has clearly been updated in every room. They say that no place is perfect but this place is super close. We were not able to take full advantage of all the features and amenities that this place has to offer but the Marriott Courtyard just lost a long term customer. I will only be staying here when I come back to the area. The host Freddie was so friendly and accessible. The Condo was very clean and spacious. The surrounding restaurants were very good. There is so much that I could say but I would need to write a book. We came here for 5 night to escape due to the stress that life can bring. And it was truly just what we needed. There were a few little things here and there but the Pros super exceed the Cons. I will absolutely be recommending this property and location to all of my coworkers as well as my family as the perfect getaway spot to absolutely enjoy everything that the area has to offer.

Hands down the best
Hands down this was the best property we have ever stayed at during our beach trips. There were plenty (a ton) of beach toys, chairs, etc… so we saved on space in not bringing any of our own. The rental was furnished with modern furnishings, BIG beds and BIG TV’s in every bedroom. We went bigger this year so more family could stay and it was well worth it. Communication with the host was very quick and easy if we had a question. As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for” and in this place, you get plenty plus WAY MORE.

Fall Family Time
This is the second property of Freddie’s that we have stayed at. We absolutely love it. It is the best location on Kure Beach, Freddie has the home stocked with basically everything you will need and even more that you didn’t know you need. He is a wonderful host, very responsive and wants you to have a nice time while you are there. Hope to return again next year!

Beautiful home and everything new! We had all we needed there. It was a great stay.
We had a wonderful stay. Great view of the ocean and pier and a minute walk to beach. Short walk to restaurants convenience store bar boardwalk and pier. Short drive to amusement park and many other restaurants. House was beautifully decorated and kitchen was stocked with everything thing we could have asked for!! Beach chairs there and gas grill too. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would give it a 5 star!!

Amazing!!!
We stayed at this property for our beach wedding. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. It is well stocked with everything you need and just steps away from the beach. We brought our own beach chairs but there were plenty of very nice Tommy Bahamas chairs available. We plan to rent this property again in the future. Other VRBO hosts can learn lots from Fred. His communication was great too! The beds were comfortable too, which means a lot to us.

Fantastic rental!
The townhome was fully stocked with everything from a crockpot, to beach chairs, to hand soap. It was very clean and you couldn’t beat the location….just steps away from the beach. I would totally stay here again.

Perfect for our family!
We’ve stayed here before and plan to come back! Wonderful location, awesome layout and great quality of everything in the townhome! Our only issue was the fact that the pool wasn’t open the entire week due to needing an inspection.

Wonderful family vacation
This property is a 3 story townhouse located directly across from the boardwalk and beach access. Beautiful oceanfront views. The bedrooms are huge and can accommodate a family of 4 in 1 room. There are oceanfront balconies on both 2nd and 3rd floors. Spacious kitchen and dining for 10 people. We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for all our family and friends without being crowded. Fred was easy to deal with and responded quickly to our requests. We will definitely be booking here again. Also this property is dog friendly but dogs are not allowed on the beach during the turtle season which we did not know beforehand so caution to anyone planning to bring their dogs. However Carolina beach 5 miles up does allow dogs on the beach so we just took ours to that beach for his exercise.

Great stay in Kure Beach
This property is a gem in Kure Beach. Terrific ocean views and an easy journey to having your toes on the sand. You do have to cross a quiet, one way street to be on the beach, but this is a very short trip and was safe to do, even with very small kids (it's not the main road of travel in KB). The property itself was very well maintained and had ample resources that made our stay comfortable. Rooms are large and nothing felt cramped. We had excellent communication with Fred throughout our stay and he was focused on ensuring that we had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again!
