Friendly staff, good location , Simple hotel but has everything you need. Breakfast included is basic but reasonable and coffee good. Room very clean and well supplied in Japanese style

Comfortable and Nice Stay
There was a slight check-in delay, but it's due to language barrier. It was quickly resolved when a staff who can speak some English helps. The free breakfast was simple but good. Room is small for a single bed, but comfortable and clean. Walking from the JR station to the hotel, with luggage, would take about 15 min, but a casual walk is about 10 min.

部屋にクーラーがなく釧路の気温が低いから仕方がないのかもしれないが、窓を開けると外のカラオケ店の騒音など夜遅くまで聞こえ窓を閉めたが暑い為閉めれず、禁煙の部屋がなく喫煙の部屋を予約しましたがあまりにも壁がヤニだらけ匂いもくさい。仕方ないのでしょうか。アメニティーグッズも女性に対して親切ではない。ちょっと残念
