Hotel location is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom amanities such as shampoo and body wash bottle refill in room was hard to open to top up and replenish. Had to get staff to provide refill in disposable water bottle as an alternative. Overall still a wonderful stay with this hotel. Love it!

We stayed here for a week. Older style building, staff are very friendly and beautiful sunsets from the pool. This is not 5 star but this is why we liked it, still had a Balinese feel to it. Centrally located, would stay here again.

An absolutely fantastic property in Kuta. With some of the best service staff in the business. Property is well located near the beach. Safe. Secure. Lots of shopping close by. Next door to the Hard Rock Hotel. Awesome pool deck on upper floor overlooking beach, and amazing food throughout. A definitely recommended rating. Can’t wait till next trip here!!! Cheers.
