I stay at this hotel many times, hotel is was always good, this time room 350 bathroom smell horrible drainage smell. What after 2 days stay give to me big headache. I can't say hotel is bad, but room 350 not acceptable.

Overall fine for the price point. Quiet and clean. Room was small but that was expected. However, as a taller person (6'5") shower was way too small, with me needing to lower my head to avoid touching the ceiling therewith, and the showerhead just barely reaching my shoulders when positioned to have maximal height. Also, Kyoto station, although close, still felt far away given the many intersections one must cross to reach it. The surrounding area is very calm (not necessarily exciting), which can be judged as good or bad depending on personal preference.

This hotel was a find! Right in the middle of Kawaramachidori the place to be if you like lively. The hollywood twins offer most space, they’re delectable in there design and the hotel team are polite and courteous. Breakfast was good with a few western and Japanese options. Book here you wont be disappointed!
