The location is excellent - being right across from the train/bus station (with its hundreds of stores and restaurants) was SO convenient. The hotel was a little dated, but clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Excellent customer service! The front desk was very helpful in helping you to make sure that you had the correct information. I was very pleased for helping me complete the paperworks for our luggage transfer as the form was in Japanese. The other hotel we stayed was not helpful and asked us to complete the luggage transfer form. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

I booked this hotel because of the positive reviews and I totally agree. I stayed 3 nights and location was perfect. It was convenient that it’s across the street from Kyoto station. I could easily go back to the hotel in the middle of the day to take a quick rest and then board the subway or Shinkansen afterwards. If you happen to arrive in the evening, just look for Kyoto Tower and that’s the hotel block.

Good, simple hotel by Kyoto Station. Nothing extraordinary, nothing terrible as well. Would stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to rest/sleep in Kyoto.

The staff is exceptionally sweet and helpful. I forgot some food in the refrigerator after checkout and they kept in the refrigerator just incase i came back. Absolutely convenient for your travels in and around Kyoto.

I like that it’s just across Kyoto station. There’s lots of shopping and dining options around. I recommend also the restaurant on the first floor. As expected, the room is very small. There’s a step up to get to the bathroom, so, if you have limited mobility, this might not be the place for you- all 4 rooms in our group has a step to the bathroom. But everything else you need is there. The room is clean and modern.

Is a very very convenient where the hotel is just next to Kyoto tower and opposite is a bus interchange and train station with 3 shopping mall around that area All the staff are friendly and good Will stay here again for next trip..

This hotel is across the plaza from the train station. Close to restaurants and shopping. The one-bed room is tiny. The two-bed room is adequate. The bathrooms are a step-up modular unit and small. The staff are attentive and diligent. If I come back I will stay here again, but only in a two-bed room.

The hotel is very well located across the street from Kyoto station (main train station in Kyoto). Most sites of interest are easy/fast to get to from Kyoto station. Rooms are small (not a surprise). The hotel is worth the cost. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.
