Everything is great here. One minute walk to subway station. Restaurants in walking distance. Imperial palace is next door. Staff are very polite. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Free water. Nice sized bathroom and shower. You could control all the individual lights from one of the beds which was great. The sofa bed was very nice. Very good location, right next to a few subway entrances.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. There was an educational camp going on the same days that we had booked, they upgraded our room and helped moved our luggage into the new room. The rooms that we stayed in were very clean and well kept.

The beds were tough, under the bed was incredibly dirty and filled with old chips, theres no real cleaning service, and my card deactivated early even though i paid for late checkout. But the area around the hotel was filled with cool restaurants and it was right across the street from the subway which was nice.
