Our family spent four days at Brighton and had a wonderful experience. Rooms are large but the beds were a little too firm for our liking. Both American and Japanese breakfast very good. Very kind and attentive staff. Thnak you so much.

I read the reviews about the location and there isn’t anything that isn’t walkabale to. They have a bus to drops you off in the station location was great. Beautiful rooms but I think some of the stuff is a bit outdated for a 5 star. Nonetheless amazing staff and experience

Charming hotel with large comfortable and well-stocked rooms. Staff effective and very pleasant. Tucked away from a main drag and a little bit out of the centre but that’s a benefit! A first rate home-from-home for our stay.

Really great hotel and I got it at a really good price, too! The staff was super nice and attentive. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was that it was a little far from any public transportation. There is a free hotel shuttle that takes you to the subway but I only used that only once or twice maybe. The shuttle comes every 20 mins which is great.

Amazing stay so comfortable!
Amazing hotel, the room size was so large! Very luxury with a big bathroom and lots of great amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy. The only downside was that it was a bit far away from the bus stops and train stations.

Beautiful hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. The shuttle service was very helpful since the property is several minutes away from the subway system. There are several restaurants on site but we did not eat there so I am unable to provide a review of them.

Upscale hotel next to Kyoto imperial palace
Beautiful hotel with impeccable service, staff was very helpful in our many guest requests and questions (it was our first time in Kyoto). Shuttle to the subway station was very convenient, from there you can walk to Nishiki market and other shopping places Walking distance to imperial palace and garden, short drive to city center and many sightseeing places, such as Nijo castle, Gion District, etc.
