Location is super great! Next to the main station. We like to walk so we walked around but you can take train around Kyoto. Stores and restaurants are all around. Staff are nice, very caring. Nice hotel.

A luxury stay in a convenient location for train travel. Very comfortable beds and rooms. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We could leave luggage before checkin and it was in our rooms in the afternoon. Highly recommend.

This hotel was spectacular and my favorite hotel in the entire trip. Superb location just a few min- less than 5 min walk to the train station and convenient walk to the coin laundry. Everyone who worked there was beyond nice and friendly every step of the way. They were very helpful with any questions or if you needed something at any given time even if it’s late. The interior and rooms were so intricately decorated and so aesthetically pleasing. The konbinis were also walking distance and quite a selection. There was also a donquiote in the neighborhood you’d have to go through the subway station tunnel to get to but very convenient.

Enjoyed our stay! Very friendly staff and breakfast buffet was excellent! Location was very convenient with train stations and shopping areas nearby. The only drawback was the shower. Water leaked from shower to outside of shower area where adjacent toilet was located. Needed to put a towel after every shower so water did not flow to the toilet area.

This was in such a convenient location - you could see it from the Shinkansen platform. The staff were amazingly attentive, and visible the whole time. Two lifts made getting in and out very convenient.
