Hope construction outside ends soob
There was construction outside and the walls were paper thin. Upon arrival people were working and on conference calls so it was very loud and trying to check in via video was very tough. This is the perfect location for sites and room for family.

Most uncomfortable night sleep I’ve ever had
The futon mattress was the thinnest and most uncomfortable we had during our 3 week trip in Japan. I communicated that and requested either a thicket or perhaps extra ones so we cousin double up. They said “no”. We had absolutely miserable night sleep. Terrible. Such an easy fix to just get thicker ones. Or extra ones. We would have paid for them. Instead it was just terrible. I would never stay here or anywhere that offered these terrible beds ever again

What a wonderful property. Our family had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Good combination of western and local accommodations. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

We stayed on the 1st floor and the windows are all frosted. Feel like you are trapped inside. The location is great and walkable to everything. There were tiny insects inside the room. Great with kids and family.

Was a great stay and nice facility. However, I specifically requested late check-out and paid ahead of time but the hotel staff still came to my room at the normal check out time to inform me to check-out. If you reserve late check-out and PAY ahead of time the staff should be properly informed and should bother you. other than this point it was a great stay and very comfortable stay.

Excellent. Walking distance to metro station. You exit the hotel, turn right, and I will find the metro entrance a block and a half or so away. Two konbinis (convenience stores) within walking distance, a FamilyMart and another one. Check in using the tablet should be a breeze if you completed the pre-check in. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures. Overall, an excellent property. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment for an adult family of 5. Very spacious for Japan. Mats on floor were comfortable and used couch as another bed. Doubles in a separate room were very comfortable. Double sink bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet was very convenient for all of us. Great new space.
