Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an unforgettable experience. They shipped our luggage’s for us to the next hotel with ease and held our other bags till we were ready to leave. I will be staying here again.

The stay was amazing and the staffs were friendly and helpful! Loved that there was laundry room onsite, but wishes that there were more machines as it gets quite busy at night trying to queue for the laundry machines

This hotel is in a great location. The area around the hotel is quiet but you can get to restaurants and shops within a couple of blocks from the location. Staff is attentive, friendly and professional. We were very satisfied with our choice.

The breakfast is probably the best i have eaten in this entire trip. Hotel room was clean and loved the public bath. I also appreciate the vouchers they have given during check in. I exchanged for few traditional pouches so i can use them when i give souvenirs to my friend.

I had a great time during my stay here. I really liked the bed and pillow. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. It was in a more quiet part of Kyoto but with great restaurants, cafes and bars in the area.
