Can’t beat the location if you want walkability. Tons of food and shopping nearby. Hotel was clean, modern, and spacious too compared to Tokyo hotels. Would definitely recommend!

we stayed at this hotel near nishiki market, and it was such a convenient and comfortable experience. the bathroom setup was great-separate areas for the toilet, shower, and sink, so you don't have to wait on anyone. the shower had multiple nozzles, which made it feel like a mini spa session every time. the twin beds were super comfy, and i haven't slept in a twin bed since i was a child, so that was fun. i loved that you could request foam pillows if you wanted something extra. plus, the location couldn't have been better-right near the shopping arcades and nishiki market, so i could just step out and explore. they also had lockers to store your luggage, which made everything a lot easier, and there's this cute little bell that chimes at 8:00 am nearby, a nice touch that made mornings feel special. breakfast was very basic but included, so i didn't have to think about finding food first thing. housekeeping is available and there's a self serve station for necessities like a comb, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste, they even provide loungewear-one size fits all--which was perfect for chilling in the room. the bathroom was pretty high-tech, too. our request to switch to another room on a lower floor, as the first room was on the top floor and was uncomfortably warm and had a weak ac. the hotel's eco-friendly vibe was noticeable. overall, this place had everything we needed--great location, comfort, and cool little details that made our stay enjoyable.

Pros- Location is convenient, very close to Nikishi Market.10 minutes walk from the train station.A lot of dining options close by. I like the shower which is separated from the toilet, so it was spacious. Cons- on the day we checked in , carpet was dirty, a clothing sticker tag was even left on the floor , for sure the carpet was not vacuumed, which was unacceptable especially if it will be occupied by a new guest. The carpet also has lots of stains which looks very dirty. I complained about it and the next day they vacuumed the floor. Cleanliness, for a Japan standard - they failed. I hope they will do better in cleaning. Staff was okay, they can be more courteous.

Such a gorgeous hotel. We were able to store our luggage in lockers before check in. Room was big and the small daily breakfast was a nice surprise. Location could not be better and while the hotel didn’t have luggage delivery services, there was a Yamato next door that was easy to work with.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean, wonderful customer service. Easy access to transportation, walking distance from restaurants and amenities. Not so great the breakfast , be prepared that the breakfast is 2 mini rolls, 1 boiled egg, a mini scoop of potato salad and coffee or juice or tea.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful - communicating in English was not a problem. Hotel is located close to popular malls/markets/shopping. Can walk to many interesting places and is a short walk to several transit options. Building and room was modern and clean. Breakfast was more of a continental breakfast than a buffet however you could order off a menu if needed. Cannot beat the location!

The rooms were very nice, bathrooms modern, bed comfortable - not too hard. Id give it 5 out of 5 overall except there was no kettle in the room. I loved it here - will stay here again. Very convenient to so many tourist spots. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
