Very good location for Kyoto train station. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Paid laundry was a bonus. Friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. Would stay again on future visits.

Great hotel just a short walk from the Shinkansen tracks at Kyoto station. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and of a very high standard. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Kyoto - and particularly if you’re using Kyoto station regularly to explore other areas (Nara, Osaka etc).

The Hotel staffs provide exceptional service and staffs are quite good in English and can answer your inquiry with ease. Room is in good condition, clean and roomy, washroom is quite large and enough spaces for you to put 3 large luggages and 2 hand carry luggages on a deluxe twin bedrooms. The room itself is big enough comparing with other hotel. The only thing I can complain is that they have only one laundry machine on 5th floor and above, which quite often is fully occupied (woke up at 4 am and finally able to use it) I love the elegant design right at entrance which is a bonus Overall very good experience !

The location is excellent as it is near the JR Kyoto Station. There is shopping mall nearby with 3 mins walking distance. Also, the hotel facilities are new and clean. The most important point is that the hotel with foreign staff specking fluent English.

Nice hotel
Very nice hotel and staff. Breakfast very good, but the bar and lounge menu was expensive for what it offered. Room was comfortable and good size. The staff were quite courteous and helped us for diner reservations.

Very good hotel, centrally located near Kyoto train station, airport bus transfers etc. Onsen is a good facility, he big front doors are impressive. A good place to stay whe visiting Kyoto.
