What was outstanding is the friendlyness of the staff. I almost felt like I was coming home. The staff was not only very professional, but they also went further, reaching to clients to offer sheet, help and provide information or even asking question on my plan about tomorrow to offer me advises and direction.
This is a place where you must respect the rules/time. If they tell you to go out of the cabin's area before 10h, it is better to proceed as such. There are rules for a reason, they have to make sure the place is cleaned-up and everything in order to welcome the next guests or current client at the right time. The cleaning time is less than other places where you have to go out for the whole day before being able to come back, so this is nice.
The only downside of a capsule hotel is the sound. For people like me, light sleeper, it is left to the other guests to respect the appropriate sound level. Even if I put ear-plugs on, sometimes you have people who are not aware of others around them and they make more noise than they should. But that's not the hotel's fault. I guess this is what is like to live in society. :)
Would I go back to Tsukimi hotel? YES!!!!! A big YESSS. I love them.
