Cosy holiday villa with private pool in Tres Calas (LAmetlla de Mar), just 1 km from the spectacular beaches in the south of the Costa Dorada.
The accommodation is distributed over two floors and offers on the ground floor two bedrooms, a living/dining room with access to the covered terrace and access to the pool, a kitchenette and a complete bathroom. The upper floor houses a suite with a complete bathroom and balcony. Enjoy the fantastic views of both the mountains and the sea! The windows of the house are fitted with double glazing and the fireplace in the interior provides cosy hours on colder days.
All everyday services are less than 500 metres away and you can park your car on the property.
The green Costa Dorada boasts fine sandy beaches and hidden coves where you can swim in the crystal-clear water. And those who enjoy water sports can look forward to activities such as snorkelling, water skiing, paddling, diving, windsurfing, parasailing or fishing in an extremely attractive environment.
Many of the towns in this area are fishing villages with a first-class culinary offering and numerous entertainment options. The region is also a well-known wine-growing area.

Im grossen ganzen war es sehr schön hier
Wir haben einen Toster und einen Backofen vermisst sowie bei der Dusche oben hängt die Dichtung weg Wenn noch Holz dabei gewesen wäre hätte es gepasst doch das mussten wir selbst kaufen für den Kamin sonst hat alles gepasst.
