It is located on the first floor with an elevator and a large terrace with side views of the sea, in addition to having a multitude of community spaces such as swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground and small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds and there is a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests in the living room. You will find a complete bathroom with a bath, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and we don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
