Magnificent modern and renovated villa with private swimming pool, located in L'Escala Girona Costa Brava Spain on the edge of the protected natural area of ​​Torroella de Montgri.

It is composed of 3 modern bedrooms with high-end bedding, 2 bathrooms with WC, a living-dining room equipped with TV with TNT and wifi with free and unlimited internet access, and a kitchen modern fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher.
The living-dining room opens directly onto a terrace where the swimming pool is located with a barbecue area.

On the front, a space can park two large vehicles.
Very quiet villa in a residential and family area located 10 minutes walk from the large beach of Riels.

Sehr schöne Ferien im Oktober
Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund im Oktober sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, könnte aber etwas mehr Zuwendung vertragen (Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Duschkopf etc sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Wir haben noch nie so gut in einem Ferienbett geschlafen wie hier Dank einer hochwärtigen Matratze. Der Pool ist gross und wird regelmässig von einem netten Herrn gereinigt. Der Kontakt zu William war gut und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend-ist sehr geräumig und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Pool wird mehrmals wöchentlich gereinigt , Auto steht im Schatten spendenden Carport auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück.Strände und Stadt schnell zu erreichen. Kontakt zu William der das Haus betreut sehr gut- er reagiert sehr zeitnah wenn man mal etwas hat! Einzig am Grundstück rund um den Pool könnte der Eigentümer mal etwas machen ( Dusche erneuern z.B.) und durch mediterrane Bepflanzung und Beleuchtung etwas mehr Atmosphäre schaffen.

Parfait pour passer 1 semaine hors saison en famille avec 2 ados , car au calme, et bien placé avec la foret et la mer a 2 pas. Le chien a été ravi de cette espace clos wifi apprécié, et tout confort cote électro. rien a ajouter - c'était parfait merci a William pour ses conseils de visistes et restaurants

Perfekt !
Wir waren Ende August für 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist ein Traum, er bekommt von morgens bis abends direkte Sonne ab und ist dementsprechend traumhaft warm. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Pool wurde durch Williams innerhalb einer Stunde behoben. Wir kommen wieder !

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines. La villa est exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce. Communication avec notre hôte excellente, disponible et très arrangeant pour l'entrée et la sortie des lieux. Seul petit point négatif : le manque de couverts. Je recommande sans hésiter et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir vers vous pour une future location.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser Villa. Wir waren vier Erwachsene, ein Teenager und zwei Hunde. Die Lage der Villa ist super. Sie liegt am Rand des Naturschutzgebietes. Der Swimmingpool war perfekt. Die Einrichtung der Villa wie sie sein muss. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, dann ist William sofort gekommen. Diese Villa ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Costa Brava sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben die Toilettenbürsten ausgetauscht, weil das unzumutbar war, diese zu benutzen. Wir haben uns Wäscheklammern gekauft, da die vor Ort waren , kaputt und auf jeden Fall nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen waren. Wir haben Kaffeertassen gekauft, weil keine ordentlichen Tasssen vor Ort waren. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher vor Ort, der Toaster war am 2 Abend durchgebrannt und sorgte für Stromausfall im Haus und die Spülmaschiene spülte ab Tag 4 nicht mehr sauber. Am vorletzten Tag, versagte leider auch noch unsere Toilettenspülung , wobei uns zum Glück die Außentilette noch zur Verfügung stand..... Unser Urlaub hatte einige Mängel, die absolut UNVERZÜGLICH versucht wurden zu beheben! Der Verwalter ist tip top auf Zack- reagiert sofort bei Benachrichtigung. Im gesamten haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub- mit einigen Abstrichen gemacht. Einiges wäre noch für uns Gäste , an Haushaltsgegenständen, die täglich kochen möchten.... dringend erforderlich 😉

Sehr gelungener Familienurlaub
Noch nie hatten wir ein so sauberes Ferienhaus!!! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, es gibt unheimlich viel Stauraum und ist mit allen nötigen Haushaltsutensilien (außer einem Wasserkocher!) ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist ebenfalls groß und komplett ummauert, so dass auch unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Der Pool war größer, als von den Bildern her erwartet und mit Außendusche und separatem Außen-WC sehr durchdacht!!! Bei einem kleinen „Pool-Problem“ reichte ein kurzer Anruf beim Vermieter und in kürzester Zeit kam der „Pool-Man“ und behob das Problem. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schon bei der Buchung sehr angenehm und herzlich, ebenso der persönliche Empfang durch den Vermieter am Haus. Er stand uns stets zur Verfügung und konnte uns einige nette Tipps bzgl. L‘Escala,Restaurants & Co geben. Mit den Check-Inn und-Out-Zeiten wurde sehr variabel umgegangen: wir durften eher einziehen und länger bleiben. Alles in allem, war es ein rundum gelungener spontaner Familienurlaub mit Hund, der nicht zuletzt durch dieses wirklich tolle Haus (mit seinem allumfassenenden Service) und dem schönem Ort und den überaus netten Spaniern, eine perfekte Auszeit für uns alle geboten hat!!! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Great place for a great vacation
We travelled as a family of 2 adults and two kids. The house was very clean and provided even more space, so we did not use one complete sleeping room. All relevant features can be seen in the description - we had everything in this house that we needed for our vacation and more, did not miss anything! We used the pool rather seldom as the sea was still warmer (mid October). During summer time this nice pool is for sure an even bigger hit! The whole property has a comfortable layout inside and outside, plenty of space so you don‘t feel locked in. Thanks to Williams great and professional explanation of the area on the first day we easily found our way to delicious restaurants, great beaches etc. Saved us some experimenting during our limited time of 1 week only and enabled us to have a fantastic time - again Thank you William for this wonderful experience!!
